Weekly Recap:

It has been a building week at Fortune Preschool. Our scholars have been very interested in block play lately. Children learn so much when playing with blocks. We have seen our scholars working on their communications skills as they play, negotiate and interact with peers. They are learning to cooperate and share space and materials with others. They are also building their attention span through their imagination, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking. Our scholars have taken a particular interest in measurement. They are comparing the height and size of the structures they build. They are always trying to build the tallest tower. The scholars have also been counting blocks and figuring out basic math by adding and subtracting blocks to their structure.

Preschool Friendly Reminders:

*Sign your child in & out every day through our QR Code and Fortune Preschool Sign-in and Out form provided. 

* Wear your mask when dropping off & picking up your child.

* Loaner clothes are to be washed and returned. 

*Nap blankets should be taken home every Friday, washed, and returned the following Monday.

*Please ensure your preschooler has at least one extra pair of clothing  (solid-colored tops, socks, and underwear).

*A water bottle should always be left in the preschool classroom for a child to refill when needed.
